On the water

Pick your kind of fun.

Whether you’re chasing a trophy bass at sunrise or floating a cove with the kids all afternoon, Table Rock has a speed for everyone — and it’s all minutes from your site.

Boating

The most popular way to soak up the lake. Bring your own or rent everything from a fishing boat to a pontoon at a nearby marina, then go find a quiet cove to call your own for the day.

World-class fishing

Table Rock lands on the country’s “Top 100 Bass Lakes” year after year. Mild Ozark winters mean the main lake never freezes, so the bite is on in every season.

Swimming and beaches

Cool off right at the base of our private lake trails, at the Campbell Point Swim Beach, or at any of the many public access points around the lake. Big Bay Recreation Area, in the Mark Twain National Forest, is a local favorite.

Watersports

Skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, wake surfing — the wide-open arms of the lake are built for it. “Coving out” with friends all day is basically the local sport.

The big lake

A few things worth knowing.

Table Rock is a man-made lake on the White River, built by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the 1950s. It’s big, it’s clean, and it’s gorgeous — here are the highlights.

745 miles of shoreline wrap around 43,100 acres of water — more coastline than you’d ever guess from a map.
It never freezes on the main lake, thanks to mild Ozark winters — so fishing and floating run all year.
Endless coves. The lake’s many arms and fingers make perfect spots to anchor, fish, or swim in your own pocket of calm.
Clear, cared-for water, monitored by groups like H2Ozarks so it’s clean when you arrive.
Table Rock Dam stands 252 feet tall and helped tame the White River’s historic floods — power came online in 1959.
Easy to reach, with two airports under about an hour away and a central spot within a day’s drive of much of the country.
